Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee payroll operations
- Complete month-end closing activities
- Reconcile monthly financial statements
- Prepare and file tax returns
- Handle accounts payable
- Manage accounts receivable
- Manage real estate tax obligations
- Perform a variety of clerical tasks
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Above-average working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to complete tasks thoroughly and efficiently
- Excellent data entry skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
