We are seeking a dedicated Staff Accountant with experience in NetSuite to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is eager to grow in their accounting career and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Data Entry: Enter and maintain accurate financial data in NetSuite, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and general ledger transactions.
2. Month-end Close Support: Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, including preparing reconciliations, accruals, and adjusting entries, to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
3. Financial Reporting Assistance: Support the preparation of financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in compliance with GAAP standards.
4. NetSuite Maintenance: Maintain the integrity of the NetSuite system, including data entry, account setup, and system updates, to ensure accurate and reliable financial information.
5. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the finance function.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience.
3. Familiarity with NetSuite ERP system is required.
4. Basic understanding of GAAP principles and financial accounting concepts.
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial analysis.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software tools.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
