LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Staff Accountant to join one of our amazing clients with a hybrid schedule in San Francisco, CA! We are looking for Successful candidates will be excited to work in a dynamic environment. Our client is offering a very flexible hybrid schedule, annual equity awards, incentive bonus compensation, generous bonus and time off policies including volunteer days and birthday holidays, as well as other perks!
Responsibilities:
- Compile data for report preparation
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/semi-monthly/yearly reports
- Reconcile accounts as needed
- Calculate payable, prepaid amortization, and production costs for monthly close
- Review incoming royalty reports for accuracy and appropriateness
- Create and maintain ad-hoc and standard monthly management reports, as well as working with the GL
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of professional experience
- Ability to process large amounts of data with high attention to detail
- Exceptional Excel skills
- Experience with data management systems and complex file maintenance
- Professional communication with culturally diverse clients, providers, and staff
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with a record that demonstrates suitable preparation for this position
