Position Responsibilities:
- Develop schedules to meet production demands and ensure successful completion of inspections in assigned communities.
- Collaborate with builders, inspectors, and construction managers to complete homes in assigned communities.
- Coordinate and schedule work activities of installation crews and punch mechanics, delivering instructions and work assignments as appropriate.
- Regularly inspect work for quality, completeness, and timeliness; prepare and provide progress reports for builders, Field Managers, and the Operations Manager, making recommendations for necessary corrections.
- Perform punch work to expedite house inspections.
- Collaborate with builders, Construction Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure specifications, code, and zoning requirements are met.
- Ensure correct equipment locations, duct layouts, duct sizing, and proper installation of refrigerant line sets and gas lines as specified by the builder.
- Coordinate EPO work requests and quoted charges with the appropriate construction administrator to ensure approval and completion of work.
- Balance work between home sites and communities to meet builder schedules and call in inspections in a timely manner.

- Minimum 1 year experience in a lead position required
- Basic skills utilizing MS Suites (Excel, Office, Outlook, etc.) required
- Minimum of 3 years of electrical experience (residential) required
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ability to read and understand basic electrical residential code
Pay Details: $45.67 to $52.88 per hour
