LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Voorhees, NJ is seeking an experienced Systems Support Professional to join their team.
This position is full-time onsite Monday-Friday. Rotating on-call weekend hours are required after the training period. The on-call hours are remote and flexible.Responsibilities:

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year

The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records subject to federal contractor requirements and/or security clearance requirements.

- Resolving issues related to data management systems including iManage and other platforms
- Troubleshooting software issues
- Providing telephone and desk support
- 2 years of customer service and systems support in a law firm setting
- College degree preferred
- Advanced knowledge of legal document management systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work overtime when needed
