International Tax Manager
LHH is partnering with a public company in a search for an International Tax Manager. The Tax Manager's role is to work closely with the financial accounting team to deliver accurate quarterly and year-end tax provisions. ASC 740 & International tax experience are required!
Responsibilities:
- Review of international tax forms (Forms 5471, 8858, 1118, CbC, etc.)
- Review GILTI and Subpart F computations, BEAT and FDII
- Correspond with various taxing jurisdictions with regards to notices and changes in the filing, as well as coordinate audits by various taxation authorities
- Manage tax technology initiatives (project planning, mapping and documentation)
- Participate in strategic tax planning initiatives to identify other opportunities
- Improve reporting capabilities in order to evaluate risk
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA preferred
- 5-10 years’ experience in a large US-based multinational corporation
- Experience in ASC 740 and FIN 48
