LHH is assisting our client in their search for a Corporate Tax Manager. This is a great opportunity to join a thriving organization and become a part of a very strong accounting team. This role will operate on a hybrid schedule (three days onsite).
Job Overview:

• Leading corporate tax reporting and filing procedures
• Directing the preparation of federal income and state tax returns (including K-1s)
• Managing calculations for LLCs and S Corps
• Responsible for State and Local excise, franchise and business tax returns
• Overseeing the R&D tax credit identification and coordination
• Submitting annual tax residency certificates
• Conducting regular research activities to keep up to date on evolving laws and regulations
• Supervising personnel and providing mentorship

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Taxation
• CPA preferred
• 6 years of experience
• Strong knowledge and foundation in tax laws and regulations
• Exception attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical mindset

Salary Range: $120k-$140k
Pay Details: $12,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
