Location & Worksite:

• Lynnwood, WA

Responsibilities:

• Engage with existing and new clients, providing comprehensive tax planning and advice
• Oversee the tax production team, focusing on entity, individual, fiduciary, and gift/estate taxation
• Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to staff and supervisor-level team members
• Collaborate with senior leadership on growth opportunities with existing clients and prospects, and additional regional locations
• Develop and sustain strong referral relationships with clients and other professional advisors
• Continue to develop client relationships through networking and business development activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business-related field, CPA, J.D., LL.M. in taxation, and/or Masters in Taxation
• 5 years of experience in public accounting with an emphasis on tax, including recent experience managing client engagements
• Expertise in entity, individual, and/or fiduciary taxation, with an understanding of complex investments and related tax implications
• Familiarity with multi-state taxation
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while handling multiple tasks
