Job type: Contract 6 months

Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm

Pay rate: $21 hour

This position will be on an operations team within the AMRS Exchange Traded Derivatives organization. The team is responsible for all operational components of the option trade life cycle, from the moment after execution through settlement.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains accuracy of client collateral and settlement utilizing internal and external systems for comparison
• Performs research and conducts moderately complex analyses using established techniques; including transactions that require special handling and/or exception handling
• Explores methods to enhance processes, further reduce risks and boost client experience
• Partners with Clearing, Funding and Account Management teams to research exceptions
• Creates reports and metrics related to client collateral and settlement status
• Escalates potential risks and exposures to manager in a timely manner
• May assist in ad-hoc projects, new processes or initiatives requiring coordination among subject matter experts representing multiple product areas or functions"

Requirements:

• 2 years’ experience supporting trade operations in banking
• Reporting skills/Excel
• Ability to build relationships within teams, develop understanding of process, ability to multitask and operate under pressure
