I am currently working with an AM LAW ranked firm , who are actively looking to recruit an attorney to join their rapidly growing Oil & Gas practice in Denver .

Responsibilities:

• Advise the firm's clients on the implications of complex matters and contracts.
• Counsels the firm's clients on efficiencies around surface location consolidation to lower surface impact and them to bring oil and gas to market more efficiently.
• Assist in providing counsel related to potential risks in anticipation of drilling large development projects prior to necessary regulatory approvals.
• Manage large scale acquisition due diligence.

Requirements:

• JD from an ABA accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
• 2 years of experience in Energy Law, ideally gained at a leading law firm.
• Excellent writing skills.
