As a Wet Utilities Project Manager, you play a vital role in our construction projects, managing them from start to finish, ensuring they stay on track, and completing them on time and within budget. Each day, you leverage your expertise in construction management and oversee all phases of wet utility projects.

You develop detailed project schedules, manage teams, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure that we produce the high-quality work we aim to deliver. In addition, you provide great leadership by monitoring the budget and managing our profit and loss.

Responsibilities

• Develop program budgets to fund staffing, equipment, and materials.
• Direct and review work plans. Direct the preparation of plans, specifications, estimates, and contracts for each project.
• Ensure the completion of projects within budgetary, regulatory, and time limits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, (or related field) or 4 years equivalent combination of technical training and related experience.
• Successful completion of pre-employment alcohol and drug test.
• Valid driver's license.
• Practical knowledge of construction contracts/law. Employee labor law. Subcontracting law. Prevailing wage, public works, and private works regulations.
• Budgets, forecasts, planning, production, and job costing.
• Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong time management and organizational skills are essential.
• Capable of adhering to deadlines and effectively prioritizing work assignments.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work well with others and manage a team.
