THE ROLE

The accountant position will work directly with the principals of the company to maintain accounting principles, practices and procedures.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

PAYROLL

- Process timesheets

- Input into payroll program

- Pay the Contractor Staff

ACCOUNTING/FINANCIAL

Billing-Monthly or per Milestones Reached

General Ledger

- Account Receivable and Accounts Payable

- Cash Receipts and Disbursements

- Record Journal Entries

Project Controls

- Assign Project Number

- Coordinate Work with Accounting Firm(s)

HUMAN RESOURCES (HR)

- On-boarding New Hires

- Maintain Employee Files

- Staff Payroll and Benefits 401K

EXPERIENCE

- Degree in Finance or Accounting

SKILLS

- Payroll Program (LHP uses ADP)

- Accounting Program (LHP uses AJERA)

- Spreadsheets (Excel)

SALARY: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00
