Overview
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director, General Manager, and CFO to ensure they can efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives.
Duties, Responsibilities, and Authority
Providing complete administrative support
Organize and prepare for meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, gathering documents, and organizing catering when necessary
Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executives
Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
Manage scheduling for company executives
Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of company executives
Coordinate travel arrangements
Compiling expense reports
Maintain various records and documents for company executives
Performing minor accounting and HR duties
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
