Provide the highest level of service in accordance with our standards
Answer guests' questions about food, beverages, events & facilities in knowledgeable manner
Inform guests about event details, including food, beer, cocktails, wine, dessert, specials & specific event highlights
Serve alcohol in an appropriate responsible manner consistent with company standards and applicable laws; recognize signs of intoxication, & never over-serve
Deliver food & drinks in a timely & efficient manner
Deliver service ware, condiments, & other supplies to the table upon request
Communicate with management, kitchen staff, & serving staff to maintain an efficient service flow
Respond appropriately to customer complaints & bring any issues to the attention of a manager
Maintain safe/clean/organized/stocked work areas
All other duties as assigned

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 24 per week
