Job Details Job Location Brunswick LLMI - Brunswick, OH Position Type Full Time Education Level High School / GED Salary Range $18.00 - $21.00 Hourly Travel Percentage None Job Shift Day Job Category Admin - Clerical Description SUMMARY The Document Specialist executes final vehicle purchase and or lease contracts and ancillary documentation. Assures documentation accuracy and compliance while upholding the highest ethical standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Explanation of aftermarket products, extended service contracts, manufacturers warranty, and dealership procedures and policies.
Understands and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used vehicle and finance departments.
Maintains a satisfactory Customer Satisfaction Index by building and maintaining customer rapport.
Assists Sales and Finance Managers in completion and collection of all documents necessary for manufacturer incentives.
Ensures that all disclosures are made, forms completed, and the customer has a transparent experience.
Adheres to Liberty Auto Group, LTD Deal Checklist Policy
Prepare funding packets for lender in accordance with lender guidelines and prepare deal for office.
Qualifications EXPERIENCE
Previous accounting, administrative and customer service experience is preferred.
EDUCATION
High School degree required or college degree preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to walk the sales lot and showroom to review inventory and greet customers for at least 8 hours in a shift. Must be able to lift at least 15 pounds on occasion. Must be able to push, pull, and reach with hands and arms. Must have close and distance vision. Must be able to drive company vehicles. Must be able to type.
