Description
The Data Integrity Specialist reports directly to the Director Eligibility & Enrollment and is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of enrollment documentation and coding, validating the information in the databases for outcome management. The position entails reviewing, researching, and resolving problems and errors in the enrollment data process, identifying and correcting.
This is 100% onsite in our Corporate Office in Tustin, CA.
Job Summary Details
· Maintains comprehensive knowledge of the enrollment data process.
· Analyze and test data to evaluate the effectiveness of systems and procedures.
· Audits completed records (member file) submitted from Data Entry staff.
· Audits individual plan enrollment, including payment application.
· Profile documentation deficiencies and trends to improve consistency and ease of future
information capture.
· In a clear and professional manner responds to Compliance, Finance and other departments on
data inquiries.
· Audits completed HIPAA forms and POA/guardianship entries.
· Assist with Data Entry team with manual updates.
· Performs other related duties as assigned

Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary for this position is $21.00-27.00 hourly exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at Liberty, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any, final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
