We will be conducting on-site interviews and speaking with those interested in entry-level "Habilitation Specialist" positions.

Habilitation Specialists work directly with adults who have developmental disabilities, mental illness and behavioral challenges.

They provide direct care, ensuring clients are well cared for and safe at all times, assisting clients with their activities of daily living, helping clients to build pro-social skills, and monitoring client activities, behaviors, health and safety.

This is a challenging and rewarding position that will help you build workplace experience & provide you with :

• Professional training to become a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)
• $18.54 per hour (approximately $38,500 annually) - an additional $1.00 per hour / shift differential for any hours worked between 6 : 00 pm and 6 : 00 am
• $1,000 sign-on bonus

30 days of paid time off each year
