SUMMARY: Cordially greet and assist patients and visitors. Perform check-in, check-out, and scheduling functions. Collect copay and account payments. Answer telephone, direct calls, respond to routine questions and take accurate messges.

Required Education/Training: High school diploma/GED or five (5) years experience
Required Experience: Computer/word processing and clerical training; minimum one (1) year clerical experience
