Position Summary
Working with the VP of Finance & Treasurer, the Treasury Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial resources and managing cash flow, liquidity, debit financing, and risk management strategies. As a member of the Finance Leadership Team, the Treasury Manager will be responsible for optimizing Liberty Lift Solutions’ financial standing and stability by collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s performance and growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Cash management, including monitoring daily cash positions and bank balances, managing the company’s daily revolving credit facility drawings and repayments, overseeing wire transfers, ACH and other payment processes, and maximizing cash flow by ensuring optimal bank account structure and operations
- Managing the company’s debt financing to optimize the company’s capital structure, including analyzing potential debt financing options and associated risks, assisting in the negotiation of loan terms, and maintaining compliance with all reporting requirements and debt covenants
- Developing and maintaining a consistent process to manage cash flow forecasting and projections to support the company’s short and long-term liquidity needs
- Managing the company’s financial assurance instruments such as letters of credit and surety bonds to minimize costs and liquidity impacts
- Develop a structure to work with internal and external stakeholders and business partners to optimize working capital
- Support key relationships with banks and other financial institutions to ensure favorable banking terms and fees
- Identify and mitigate financial risks such as interest rate volatility, currency fluctuations, and credit risks
- Maintain an efficient system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities and provide support for regulatory reporting
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to treasury operations and working capital, and prepare regular financial reports and analysis for senior management
- Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure an efficient month-end close process with all treasury-related account balances updated and reconciled timely and accurately
- Work closely with the Assistant Treasurer – Credit & Collections to manage and develop a team of treasury and collections analysts, providing guidance and support to team members on treasury related issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required, Master’s degree, CTP or CPA certifications a plus
- Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in corporate treasury or financial management
- Strong understanding of financial markets, including interest rates, foreign exchange, and derivatives
- Expertise in cash flow management and debt financing
- Proven ability to analyze financial data and identify potential risks
- Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Pay: $130,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
