This position requires agents to live 50 miles or less from Liberty Plano TX. We offer a flexible hybrid schedule that allows agents to work both in-person at the Plano TX office and remotely.

You will receive a majority of inbound calls from both existing and new customers / agents searching for a Liberty Mutual commercial insurance policy.

Our focus is not only on sales but also on providing outstanding client service. As a Commercial Inside Sales Representative, you will gather information to provide informed tailored insurance proposals based on the callers unique needs.

The Commercial Inside Sales Representative position is ideal for applicants with insurance experience or service / sales professionals without experience looking to enter the insurance industry.

Compensation : $58,000-$65,000 first year

• $45,000 base salary uncapped monthly sales incentive.

Schedule :

Unlicensed training begins July 29

2024 & licensed training begins August 12

We provide comprehensive training for new hires, offering paid training of either 6 weeks licensed or 8 weeks for those seeking to obtain a Property and Casualty producer license.

During training, the hours are Monday to Friday from 7 : 00am to 3 : 30pm (PST) or 9am-5 : 30pm (CST). Your initial shift post training will fall within operating hours and will be assigned based on performance and overall business needs.

Licensed Sales Center operating hours :

• Monday- Saturday 5 : 00am to 5 : 00pm (PST)
• Monday- Saturday 7 : 00am to 7 : 00pm (CST)

Qualifications

• Highly effective verbal and written communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
• Effective time management and ability to work well independently in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated analytical skills to understand complex coverage details and underwriting guidelines
• Demonstrated ability to navigate numerous computerized data entry system or other relevant applications simultaneously while advising customers as normally acquired through a bachelor's degree or equivalent business background plus a minimum of 1-3 years of insurance or sales / service related work experience
• Must maintain valid Resident and Nonresident P&C licenses in all 50 states and continuing education as outlined by the resident insurance license
