We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a BAS/HVAC controls low voltage wiring installer. Company offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth and advancement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of previous HVAC experience
- Familiarity with light commercial systems such as BAS/DDC control systems, Package Units, Split Systems, VRF systems, and VAV systems
- Experience with installation of conduit and low voltage wiring in a professional manner
- Knowledge of IP network installation
- Proficiency in BAS/DDC wire terminations and point-to-point checkout
- Ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record, insurable by company insurance
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized job site and company vehicle
- Professional appearance and attitude at all times
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and staggered shifts
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outside in varying temperatures
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen
- Comfort working on ladders and lifts
- Must arrive to work prepared with proper tools and attire
- Desire to advance in career through apprenticeship program and on-the-job training
