Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of previous HVAC experience
- Familiarity with BAS/DDC control systems, Package Units, Split Systems, VRF systems, and VAV systems
- Skilled in neat and professional installation of conduit and low voltage wiring
- Experience with IP network installation
- Proficient in BAS/DDC wire terminations and point-to-point checkout
- Ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record, insurable by company insurance
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized job site and company vehicle
- Professional appearance and attitude at all times
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and staggered shifts
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and work outside in various temperatures
- Willingness to travel for work when necessary
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Comfort working on ladders and lifts
- Come to work prepared with proper tools and attire
