Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with sales, project, and engineering teams to build and integrate automation or robotic systems.
• Design, diagnose, modify, and repair electrical control systems.
• PLC programming from scratch (Allen Bradley, Siemens and similar)
• HMI programming from scratch (FactoryTalk View, Ignition, Wonderware, GE and similar)
• ROBOTICS programming from scratch (FANUC, KUKA, ABB and similar)
• Troubleshoot and edit existing PLC Programming and Ladder Logic.
• Perform system run-offs to the satisfaction of the customer while meeting contractual agreements.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records on all aspects of work done.
• Conduct training in small groups.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in developing, troubleshooting, and editing PLC Programming and Ladder Logic.
• Ability to proficiently create and read schematics or drawings.
• Electrically qualified to understand, troubleshoot, and service 480 3 phase electrical equipment.
• Specific industry experience includes automotive and material handling equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to pass physical, drug screen, and reference check.
• Self-motivated and confident.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Good mechanical, electrical and technical comprehension.
• VASS6 training and/or certification preferred
