Liberty Service Partners, one of the nation's leaders in residential services, is looking to add an exceptional, diligent, and experienced Regional Lead Coordinator to our Southeast Region! With offices across Florida, South Carolina, Virginia, and Tennessee, the Regional Lead Coordinator will support our customers throughout the region and help our teams grow!

Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone calls to introduce our company and products and services.
• Lead Qualification: Conduct thorough qualification of leads to determine their interest, needs, and potential as a customer.
• Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for the sales team based on the availability and preferences of both the client and the sales representative.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, ensuring the information is current and relevant.
• Communication Skills: Clearly and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients, building interest and enthusiasm.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align goals, target markets, and strategies for lead generation.

Qualifications & Required Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or appointment setting is required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
