Production Line Incentive:

The production incentive is earned when the entire production line and all shifts for the line exceeds standards.

Earning up to an additional $5.00 per hour based on a 40-hour work week,

Duties May Include:

· Stack finished products on pallets

· Staple label to finished products

· Carry large buckets of rubber from mixers to production presses

· Spread rubber into molds

· Assemble boxes for finished goods

Shifts Available

• 1st Shift- Mon-Thurs 6:00am-4:30pm Starting at $15.00 per hour
• 2nd Shift- Mon - Thurs 4:30pm - 3:00am Starting at $16.50 per hour

Production Worker Qualifications:

· 1-2 years’ experience working in an industrial manufacturing operations environment, preferred.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

The work environment characteristics & physical demands described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

· The plant environment will include, extreme cold and heat (weather related), working near moving mechanical parts.

· Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud when in the production area.

· Ability to constantly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

· Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.

· Frequently required to sit, stand, walk; use hands to handle or feel, and talk or hear; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, climb or crawl.
