ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Promote one stop customer assistance, ascertaining customers need and providing general information regarding departmental services, University events, and wayfinding assistance in a Christ-like manner
2. Maintain the information desk area, ensuring availability and security of all required supplies and equipment.
3. Assist in the production, use, and awareness of the campus ID card.
4. Respond appropriately to email, phone messages, and user questions; adhering to established policies and procedures.
5. Assist with monitoring lost and found items.
6. Complete projects and other tasks as assigned.
7. Support the efforts of major on campus events such as Move-In and Homecoming
8. Become familiar with policies, procedures, and resources.
9. Work effectively as a team member.

QUALIFICATIONS AND CREDENTIALS
Minimum Qualifications
1. Currently enrolled at Liberty University
2. Able to handle multiple tasks and follow instructions
3. Experience in customer service/office work
Preferred Qualifications

4. 1 - 2 years’ experience in customer service/office work

WORKING CONDITIONS
Work Environment
The working environment in which one will typically perform the essential functions of this
position is a climate - controlled office setting. It is well lit and the noise level is moderate.
