We're looking for a talented Civil Litigation Attorney in Atlanta, GA with 3 years of direct experience in insurance defense litigation.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage a caseload of civil litigation files from inception through trial
• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Conduct depositions
• Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings

What You Need for this Position

• 3 years of civil defense litigation experience
• Premises liability defense experience is a plus
• Juris Doctorate is REQUIRED
• Admitted to practice law in Georgia
