LIBRA STAFFING INC. is Hiring a Customer Service Rep/ Tax Specialist Near Paramount, CA

Job DescriptionUnder the close direction of the Operations Manager, the CSR plays a key role in the company, interacting with customers, sales team members, and the product development department. The CSR is responsible for managing customer’s product information as well as entering customer orders into our SAP by processing verifying, and balancing orders by event, assisting in clerical responsibilities as assigned, and verifying the completion of events for processing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Essential functions may include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Responsible for answering customer inquiries via mail, in-person, and telephone promptly regarding account status, product information, and price information.
  • Order and payment processing, entry in the SAP computer system.
  • Generate credit/adjustment memos on the computer as needed.
  • Facilitate the process of returns as required.
  • New product setups and quotations.
  • Maintains customer profiles and enters notes into SAP.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Makes adjustments to orders by crediting and re-invoicing items absent from the shelf as the order is gathered for product-specific changes.
  • Resolves customer problems/discrepancies expeditiously and tactfully in order to provide customer support.
  • Attends meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Ensures complete paperwork so orders are handled and processed properly.
  • Completes reports and special projects promptly.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Experience
  • Data/Order Entry experience.
  • Tax preparation management is (Required)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP or SAP is preferred but not required
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills.
