Duties And Responsibilities
- Complete sign-in and sign-out logs for both drivers and employees.
- Manage our appointment system and scan files to various corporate folders.
- Check employee clear bags.
- Daily yard check reporting.
- Maintain gate clerk office.
- Greet drivers.
- Pin lock and remove pinlocks from trailers in the yard.
- Understand the urgency of loading and having drivers arrive at the dock promptly.
- Willing to comply with all gate and yard SOP and security standards management sets.
- Misc. yard maintenance.
- Alignment with our mission, values and moto
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
- MHE experience a plus (forklift).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
- Have dependable transportation.
- Must be Bilingual.
- Use a 2-way radio.
- Computer experience
- Can stand and walk for extended periods.
