Role Summary

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who will deliver innovative design solutions to support various communication initiatives for our client. This includes creating campaigns and communication materials for a range of government initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative solutions collaboratively within a team to address communication and business briefs, while supporting brand identity.
• Produce designs for multiple media platforms, from websites and social media to digital billboards and printed materials.
• Support brand management by updating brand style guides and templates; adhere to both corporate and customer brand identity guidelines.
• Ensure designs are accessible and comply with WCAG 2.0 standards.
• Maintain effective records of design jobs, including proper file archiving to ensure retrievability.
• Ensure compliance with copyright permissions.
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors that align with the organization’s values and objectives.

Skills & Experience

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) on MAC in a commercial environment.
• Proven experience in graphic design across print and digital platforms.
• Knowledge and experience in pre-press and print production, including both offset and digital printing.
• Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in graphic design and production across animation, print, and digital platforms in a business environment.
• Adapting and advancing the work of other designers to manage shifting priorities.
• Understanding and applying accessibility requirements for online materials.
• Balancing creativity with adherence to brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and style.
