Job Title: InsPro Enterprise Administrator

Location: Fort Washington, PA(Hybrid 3days in Office)

Job Description:

Skills and experience that will lead to success.

•Must have 5 years of InsPro Enterprise Life and Health insurance policy administration system

• 3 or more years of experience managing multiple concurrent work streams of business analysis and leveraging best-suited methodologies and practices.

• Experience with formal project management methodologies with experience in both Waterfall and Agile approaches

• Experience developing business use cases from requirements and/or delivering business use case functionality and developing user stories in support of Agile focused projects.

• Exposure to working in a management consulting environment serving a variety of clients supporting business strategy definition and validation, visioning, and metrics / success measure definition.

• Strong experience developing business processes / workflows in Visio or PowerPoint or similar application or process modelling tool.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills; Decisive decision-making; Negotiation skills; Relationship management; Prioritization skills; Project management lifecycle skills; Issue management resolution.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree

• CBAP/CCBA certification preferred.
