We are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to join our team. As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees for hardware, software, network, and other IT-related issues. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support and possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems.
- Assist with network setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
- Respond to IT support tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT infrastructure and security measures.
- Keep accurate records of IT equipment inventory and software licenses.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with network protocols, troubleshooting network connectivity issues, and configuring routers and switches.
- Experience with hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
