Registered Behavioral Technician - The Licking Regional ESC has openings for two (2) Registered Behavior Technicians to serve in our Multi-Disabilities Program for the 2024-25 school year. A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a paraprofessional certification in behavior analysis. RBTs assist in delivering behavior analysis services and practice under the direction and close supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst. Applicants would have completed the 40-hour training class and have successfully passed the competency exam or be willing to take the class and receive certification. Other qualifications include high school diploma or equivalent, documentation of a clear criminal records check, valid Ohio Educational Aide Permit or ability to obtain one and ability to physically manage students when escalated. Experience implementing behavior supports within a multi-disability program is preferred.
