Job Description
We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born sales person with a desire to make a difference in people's lives. To sell, market and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. This position has uncapped commission potential.
Salary: $48,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train the right individual.
- Must be highly self-motivated.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Career minded vision.
- Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
