Description

As a Supply Chain Intern, you will work closely with the procurement, accounting and operations teams at Texwin, supporting the optimization of supply chain processes and ERP system implementation and contributing to data-driven decision-making. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the private equity and manufacturing industries, working within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Collect and analyze data related to supply chain and operations.
• Generate reports and insights to support procurement strategies.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor their effectiveness.

2. Process Optimization:

• Collaborate with the procurement and production teams to identify areas for process improvement.
• Implement data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the supply chain.

3. Market Research:

• Conduct research on industry trends and market dynamics affecting the supply chain.
• Provide insights to the procurement team for informed decision-making.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred
