Life Line Screening is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist/Collections Specialist Near Austin, TX
FT Hybrid position: Work from your home 3 days per week, and a comfortable office environment up to 2 days per week, based on business needs.
General Responsibility:Proactively resolve customer cases and pursue customer collections.

General Responsibility:Proactively resolve customer cases and pursue customer collections.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare, maintain, and update spreadsheets to track customer collection needs
- Coordinate with internal Customer Service colleagues on collection efforts
- Manage collection process with an emphasis on customer service, including mailing letters and making phone calls to customers
- Process customer credit card payments
- Assist with various Accounts Receivable tasks
- Associate Degree in Accounting or Business (Preferred but not required)
- High school diploma required
- 1-3 years of similar experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy is imperative
- Well organized, self-starter with a strong work ethic, professional attitude, and good time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment, with emphasis on accuracy and customer service
- Effective communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Resident of the Austin, TX area
