ARE YOU A GOOD FIT?

We are looking for someone who likes to work in an upbeat environment who is a phone call expert who loves to HELP people, is able to learn and perform quotes for cleaning services (online or in person), and loves to keep an organized work environment for your team. This is an on-site job at an office that loves to have fun as well as get work done. The job is located in Emmaus, PA.

HOURS

Hours are FLEXIBLE, roughly 20 hours per week. We are open from 8 AM - 4 PM, Monday to Friday. Let's work together to make a schedule that fits YOUR needs.

TASKS

1. Making OUTBOUND phone calls (this is NOT a cold call job! These are customers that reach out to us for our services).

2. You will be expected to make 6 telephone calls per hours.

3. You will be expected to follow a script and fill out forms based on conversations.

4. Upselling on additional services that may benefit your customer.

5. Keeping track of your metrics

6. Admin tasks, organizing files and keeping documentation

7. Replying to customer inquiries and taking payments

8. Keeping email and other files organized and up to date

9. Issuing quotes based on criteria we teach you
