life Over Pain Neuropathy Treatment Center, LLC is Hiring a Nurse Practitioner NP Near Midlothian, VA

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) to join our team. The CNP will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive medical care to patients across the lifespan. As a key member of our healthcare team, the CNP will diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, perform physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and other providers in the community.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and Sanexas treatment protocals.
  • Diagnose and treat common Diabetic & Chemo Neuropathy & chronic pain conditions.
  • Prescribe medications and treatments, and educate patients on their proper use.
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
  • Educate patients and their families on preventive healthcare measures and lifestyle modifications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education programs.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
  • Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and promoting wellness.
