Life Safety Services LLC is Hiring a Regional Account Manager HVAC Near St. Louis, MO

Hughes Environmental is a fast-growing company committed to ensuring safety by delivering solutions that provide our customers with peace of mind. Hughes Environmental provides combustible dust removal, commercial air duct cleaning, dry ice blasting, facility cleaning services and arc flash assessments and UVC light installation in industrial facilities throughout the U.S. Hughes Environmental is a subsidiary of LSS Holdings, which is also the parent company of Life Safety Services, which inspects and installs fire dampers, fire doors, firestop material and photoluminescent egress markings in commercial facilities across the U.S.

The Regional Account Manager will sell these and other company services to industrial facilities throughout the Midwest.

Pay Rate: $55,000-up, plus commission.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead all sales activity within a particular region, focusing on industrial facilities.
  • High energy, goal-oriented and success-driven individual committed to producing budgeted results, becoming a successful sales professional and earning the rewards of a top producer”
  • Grow current client base in the Midwest Region and maintain current relationships. In addition, aggressively build new clients with a combination of networking, cold calling, and other sales and marketing activities to build a healthy industrialsales pipeline.
  • Meet with Hughes’ clients throughout the MidwestRegion to review potential project leads/inquires and assist in providing client solutions and generating project estimates.
  • Review projects from lead sources and isolate effective bid opportunities.
  • Establish a product estimate for projects utilizing specifications, architectural drawings and other project documents with input from the customer.
  • Evaluate the specification, drawings and other documentation on bid projects.
  • Estimate project costs and develop scopes of work, performing site visits, and reviews specs and drawings. Secure any permits required for jobs.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
  • Above average communication, customer service, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel the Midwestterritory toprovide estimates on projects; potentially 3-4 days per week of travel.
  • Must be well organized and have the ability to multi-task.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office and have an overall sound working knowledge of computers.
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and very strong self-belief. Driven to succeed with minimal supervision.
  • Experience selling to industrial facilities
  • Should reside in the Midwest Region, preferably near Kansas City, Missouri; Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska; Des Moines, Iowa; Topeka, Kansas and Little Rock, Arkansas

Additional requirements

  • Some college coursework, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prefer some experience with CRM Software.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
