RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assure timely collection of monies due to corporation.
• Assure collection processes are followed for past due accounts. 
• Monitor and report on deviations from credit standards.
• Assure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Assure cash application happens timely and accurately.
• Assure use of standard template regarding invoice sample is in place for every customer. 
• Monitor customer balances and manage outstanding accounts receivables. 
• Communications with clients and senior management.
• Make recommendations to improve quality of invoicing and collection procedures.
• Manage weekly reporting of invoicing totals/aging totals/cash receipts/invoice adjustments. 
• CFS Manager will be required to manage a staff of 3 or 4 subject to increase as the business grows. 
• Other duties as assigned. 

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or closely related field.

• Five years of experience in credit and collections.
• Superior spreadsheet skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
• Knowledge and understanding of Cash Conversion Cycle and Income Statement.
• Knowledgeable in GAAP and application of internal controls.
• Experience of managing people in an A/R environment.
• Strong Interpersonal, supervisory, and customer service skills.
• Strong Organizational, Analytical, and Problem-solving skills

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:

• Navigate through ERP systems such as QuickBooks, Tecsys Elite experience a plus

• Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills: Excel (including Pivot Tables), Word, and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of Outlook and office communications tools
• Ability to work with big data

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to successfully pass all preliminary employment requirements (i.e., background check and drug screen).
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

• Work is light to medium in nature with frequent walking to perform assigned tasks.
