Our client, an innovative manufacturer and distributor of alternative protein for the food production industry, is looking for an experienced business development and sales professional to join their award winning team and expand their US footprint.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic market planning and segmentation
• Lead the sales function for the USA
• Account management and new customer acquisition
• Bridging the gap between the Sales, Operations and Supply Chain functions
• Negotiate and execute large multi million dollar tenders

Desired experience:

• Minimum of 5 years sales experience at a senior level within the Food and beverage industry
• Ability to manage and scale a cross-functional team
• Willingness to work in a smaller, start-up environment
• Understanding and ability to articulate scientific literature
