We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team! You will provide individual, couples, or family therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual or family therapy sessions
• Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
• Provide prevention-oriented therapy
• Complete intake and orientation processes for assigned clients
• Implement and review treatment plans
• Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
• Maintain client case files in accordance with state, county, federal, and agency standards, and protocols
• Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
• Provide crisis intervention consultations for assigned clients (as needed)
• Perform other duties that may be necessary to satisfy insurance panel requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
• Familiarity with community mental health resources
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Licensed to provide psychotherapeutic services in California
