We are hiring a minimum Bachelor Level Behavior Specialist Supervised Visitation Position. Life Support BI is a mental health agency serving children, families and at-risk youth. Applicant must be available evenings and weekends with reliable transportation and be an effective communicator. Spanish speaking a plus and at-risk family experience also a plus. Must be able to keep accurate client records and expected to maintain a Professional appearance and demeanor. 

• Accurate and detailed documentation of client treatment plan
• Comply with all licensing and facility requirements
• Execute intakes and assessments
• Facilitate group and individual treatments through evidence-based treatment methods
• Perform ongoing wellness checks
• Every client must have their own treatment plan

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Minimum degree in the field of counseling, social work or similar experience
• Must be highly organized
• Behavioral health specialist experience preferred
• Must have current behavioral sciences field license
• Certified CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS)
