Summary of the Position
Life Support BI is looking to hire a minimum Bachelor Behavior Supervision Specialist. We are a mental health facility serving at risk youth, children and families. Behavior Supervision Specialist must be an effective communicator, available on weekends and evenings with reliable transportation. At risk family experience a plus. Spanish speaking also a plus. Professional appearance and demeanor required must be able to keep accurate client records.
Responsibilities

• Facility and licensing are required
• Treatment plan for every client
• Detailed and accurate documents of client treatment plans
• Perform assessments and intakes
• Evidence-based treatment methods when facilitating individual and group treatments
• Complete routine wellness checks

Qualifications

• Behavioral science license must be current
• Effective organization skills a must
• Outstanding communication and person-to-person skills
• Social work, counseling or similar experience minimum degree required
• Experience preferred as a Behavioral Supervision Specialist
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Certified CPR
