Position Summary

The Living Facility Supervisor role oversees and performs work inside and outside of the community to ensure that all spaces meet Living’s standards for cleanliness, functionality, safety, and appearance while offering great customer service.

The Living Facility Supervisor actively promotes and represents the Life Time healthy way of life brand, inspiring both our team members and Life Time Living resident members to achieve their healthy way of life goals through involvement with Life Time’s best-in-class community, people, places and programs.

The Living Facility Supervisor (On-site) role will be required to live on-site at the applicable Living apartment complex as a condition of the role as soon as the designated unit is move-in ready.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Hires, trains, schedules, oversees, and inspects all work performed by Living Facility Operations and Living Facility Engineers, as well as necessary vendors to ensure that all spaces meet Living’s standards for cleanliness, functionality, safety, availability and appearance
• Completes duties of Lead Facility Engineer by (a) timely responding to and completing all work orders related to resident service requests by diagnosing issues and making repairs in addition to performing preventative maintenance, all in accordance with applicable laws, Standard Operating Procedures and Company policies, and (b) completes make ready process to prepare each unit for new resident occupancy by creating, executing / supervising, and inspecting all necessary work
• Completes all duties related to role, such as monitor supply and attic stock levels and ordering as needed, requesting and closing Purchase Orders, organizing daily schedule, completing assigned checklists, accurately and timely entering data into systems, and completing other duties as assigned by management, all while following Standard Operating Procedures and Company policies
• Actively promotes and represents the Life Time healthy way of life brand through exceptional customer service while developing and maintaining friendly, professional relationships with prospects, residents and guests through a warm, welcoming demeanor

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service to all guests, residents, prospects, and vendors
• Strong organizational skills
• Detail oriented

Education :

High School Diploma or GED

Years of Experience :

• 3 to 4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb or lift up to 50 pounds

Licenses / Certifications / Registrations :

Any certifications required by state and local jurisdictions

Preferred Qualifications :

• Trade or Technical School degree
• Multi-family maintenance experience
• CFC (Chlorofluorocarbon) certification
• Aquatics Facilities Operator (AFO) / Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification
