LifeBridge Health is Hiring a MAINTENANCE MECHANIC JOURNEYMAN UNION Near Baltimore, MD

JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for general facility, building and equipment maintenance and repair, both scheduled and unscheduled tasks, as assigned by the Call Center and/or Facilities and Maintenance management. In general, tasks that will be completed include: Work Order completion,
Preventative Maintenance completion, problem identification and resolution, design of minor mechanical systems, determination of material and supplies required for problem resolution, documentation of activities, utilization of the Computer Maintenance Management System, and communicating with the department's management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field
5-7 years experience in a Mechanical Maintenance Field
Must hold a full valid Driver's License and have a good driving record
Employees in this position may be subject to be on-call
