LifeGift is currently looking for a Human Resources Administrator – Talent Acquisition to work at our facility in Houston. Are you someone who would like to have a career with purpose? If so, this may be the position for you. This position will provide you with purpose by assisting the Manager of Talent Acquisition in an organization that is experiencing exciting growth. This critical position will primarily support the area of talent acquisition.
Are you great at ensuring the candidate experience is a great one by providing the candidate and leadership a seamless interview process? We are looking for someone who can effectively coordinate several responsibilities at any given time with successful outcomes. Are you someone who loves people and building relationships? In this position you will have the opportunity to build relationships with our candidates and leadership while becoming an effective team member with LifeGift. Some of the responsibilities for this position are providing onsite support throughout the interview process as needed. We are looking for an individual who has two (2) plus years of experience in Human Resources. To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional communication skills and a talent for building rapport with candidates to help them feel at ease during the interview process.
