This candidate will act as a liaison, provide account support, answer coverage questions, and resolve any emerging problems they might face with accuracy and efficiency. Work with Client Managers committed to best in industry customer service by Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work with client manager/ producer to ensure all applicable information is received for remarketing. Add prospect information into EPIC accurately on new business accounts.
• Review and complete upfront underwriting to determine best fit for client account.
• Review all risks with CM for accuracy and limits to confirm account is being quoted with agency standards.
• Prepare all documents required for agency billed policies, transact premium and prepare invoice for CM to present to the client.
• Audit processing and accuracy of data in management system (EPIC) Verify changes, new policies and cancellations for accuracy on carrier site.
• Process client calls regarding new claims and submit to carriers, confirm claim is received/adjuster assigned, handle any questions or follow up calls as needed from insured or adjuster.
• Invoicing Agency billed policies at issuance, changes or cancellation. Process any refunds or adjusted premiums to clients in a timely manner.
• Certificates of Insurance when needed or requested by clients, banks, etc.
• Assist with backing up Rest process during client manager vacation
