*Minimum Requirements*

Associate degree

High school diploma or equivalent required

Proof of technical training or Vocational training

Basic Life Support (BLS) is required at hire.

Bachelor's degree

*ASCP-certified medical laboratory technician (MLT)*

Certification from a nationally recognized certification agency is preferred.
