Job Title: Customer Care Manager

Job Summary:
Life's At Home Care is seeking a dedicated Client Care Manager to join our team! As a Client Care Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care services to older adults who prefer to age in place at home. You will be responsible for managing care processes, ensuring client satisfaction, and upholding the company's commitment to personalized and empowering care.

This role would be ideal for a retired Registered Nurse (RN)/License Practical Nurse (LPN) who would like to get a break from working in a facility environment and transition to a more slower pace. If you like mentoring and training care providers and gaining a more one on one relationship with our clients, this would be the job for you!

Duties:
- Manage care services for seniors aging in place at home.
- Collaborate with caregivers and clients to ensure customized care plans.
- Oversee primary care coordination and utilization management.

-Conduct client/caregiver introductions and quality assurance check-ins.

-Conduct caregiver supervisory visits

-Conduct caregiver performance evaluations

-Conduct caregiver orientations

-Assist with coordination, evaluation and planning of home care services.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and quality standards.
- Provide support and guidance to the care team.
- Implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively.

Qualifications:
- LPN desired but not required.

-1 year in Home Care/Home Health industry preferred.
- Proven experience in managing care services or similar roles.
- - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and utilization management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve efficiently.

-Be proficient with technology.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
